    There is no formal academy benchmark to pursue HTML and CSS. Anyone can grab this course after 12th or even before. There are many institutes around which offer HTML and CSS training.
    If we talk about scope then these are ultimate languages for a web designer and UI development. Anyone who wants to settle career in web designing, HTML and CSS are the first things to learn seriously. Irrespective of small or large companies, they have to rely on these languages. As per current trends, everything is on the web and web application, Saas model and the essence of HTML and CSS is just unavoidable.
