Hello,
Itis an extensive usable tool for industrial expansion measurement. This tool is not just used by the computer science or Information Technology expert, but with the advancement of Technology, this tool is now useful for Mechanical engineers as well. Hence, its utility is increasing day by day. MATLAB (MATrix LABoratory) is a tool for numerical computation and visualization. The basic data element is a matrix, so if you need a program that manipulates array-based data, it is generally fast to write and run in MATLAB, unless you have very large arrays or lots of computations, in which case you are better off using C. You need to b...more -
MATLAB is more of a scripting language compared to compiled languages like C/C+. You don't have to deal with such things as memory allocation, and the syntax remains simple. It uses a formalism based on matrices and is broadly used in academia and in industry, even if it comes with a big price tag.
The main purpose of MATLAB is scientific computing, it was designed for scientists to focus more on "doing science" than programming. C+, Java, and Python, as mentioned in an earlier answer, have a more general purpose like implementing web apps, 3D animations, etc. -

7 years agoMATLAB is Matrix LABoratory. It is a tool used for numerical computations, its a proprietary programming language developed by MathWorks, MATLAB allows matrix manipulations, plotting of functions and data, implementation of algorithms, the creation of user interfaces, and interfacing with programs written in other languages. Generally, graduates use this tool during college and in their professional work. It is of great importance in financial modeling, data sciences, robotics, Robot-Process Automation (RPA), etc. There are various courses offered by Coursera, Udemy, edX on MATLAB. Mathworks also offers courses on MATLAB in 2 levels -...more
