Hi to pursue MS from Germany you should have a good Bachelors degree, IELTS/TOEFL and GRE. the deadlines close very fast so you should begin applying for Jan intake right away. The deadline for Oct intake has passed (15 Jan) but there may be few universities still open for admission. Visa takes 2 mo
