What is the eligibility, course fees and admission process for B.Tech in computer science?

Hi there! My cousin is pursuing BTech from Thapar Insititute and all he has is goof things to say about the institute. You can seek admission through any mode on the basis of a single application form, subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. Mode 1 70% seats on the basis of JEE (Main)-2019/NEET-2019 rankings Mode 2 - 30% seats on the basis of 10+2 PCM/PCB scores Their applications are open. Hope check it out.

There are two pathways for admission in UPES as under:- 1. Non Exam Pathway:- Under this 20% of seats will be filled from JEE-Main/Board merit . The following is the eligibility criteria. a) For Board Merit : Minimum 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th class). b) For JEE Mains Merit: Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th class). JEE Mains;(cut off to be announced after declaration of JEE Mains-2018 result) 2. Exam Pathway through UPESEAT (Upto 80% of Seats):- Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and Minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th). The total course fee is about Rs 1488000/. So you can take admission in UPES through UPESEAT, Board merit and JEE-Main.

Eligibility is 75% in 12th. I am not sure about the course fees though. But the admission process is through JEE. You have to score really good marks .
