Mostly colleges accept B. Tech/ BE in Civil/ Planning/ Architecture Engineering graduates for their M.plan courses. In some institutes students having a Master' Degree in Geography/ Economics / Sociology. are also eligible.
Best M.plan institutes are IITs, SPA-School of Planning and Architecture,
