What is the eligibility criteria and first step approach towards SAP ABAP (Technical consultant in development, or basis) ?
i am doing MCA course in final year and completed Redhat Administration course RHCE. i want to look SAP ABAP, (consultant career). but i have doubts about what is the correct approach towards sap,
what should be the path?
i have gone through many SAP contents on the web but i can't got clear pict

BASIS is the administration module of SAP, used to control code changes, upgrades, network setup, database admin, etc.
ABAP is the programming language used within SAP to customize, generate forms, generate reports, etc.

mr sandeep no criteria is required for SAP/ABAP .but u need to get some atleast 2yrs exp.in industry to start your bright career not just career.SAP/ABAP is all about your work exps.
