if you want to pursue 3 year fashion designing course the basic eligibility criteria is: Candidate should qualify the 10+2 Board Examination from any approved state or central board. Or Having 3 years Diploma in fashion design after 10th examination. Minimum marks criteria is 55% Marks in the 10+2 examination. Some colleges in India are having own entrance tests and other give you admission on the basis of your 10+2 marks. PCTE group of Institutes, Ludhiana is providing degree in Fashion Design which is affiliated to IKG Punjab Technical University. You can easily take the admission without any entrance tested. -

-Fashion Design
-Interior design
-Jewellery Design
-Footwear Design
-Accessory design etc
Although the selection process are different depending on the colleges, courses and entrance that would be chosen, however the general eligibility remains the same i.e.:
Diploma –Class 10th pass from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
