    NATA or JEE part 2 qualification is mandatory along with 50% in 12th.

    You have to have class 12th passing certificate with mathematics as a compulsory subject plus you have to appear for NATA and score something above 140 to secure a seat in JJ.

    Hi, Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Selection parameter and weightage:
    10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
    NATA score - 50%
