The eligibility criteria for admission to the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programme at NID Vijayawada, also known as the National Institute of Design, Andhra Pradesh, include the following:
Candidates must have passed or be scheduled to take their higher secondary (10+2) in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) from a recognised board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE, or equivalent.
The basic eligibility for admission into B.Des is 10+2.
The selection process is based on the Design and Aptitude Test (DAT) conducted by NID Vijayawada.
