For admission to the B.Tech programme at BFIT Dehradun candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Mathematics and Chemistry/Biology conducted by a recognised University /Board. Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination securing a minimum of 50%marks for general category candidates and 45% for SC/ ST/OC/ PH category candidates. The major criterion for admission is through JEE Main, or directly through merit, according to the students' choice.
