Eligibility Criteria
10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% marks or its equivalent grade and 40% marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST categories.
Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March / April are also eligible to apply.
There is no upper age limit for LLB.
Candidates must qualify CLAT.
Selection Criteria.
Admission is strictly on the basis of merit of CLAT.
The reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra will be followed.
UG programme is full time and residential.
The total intake to the undergraduate B.A.LL.B programme is 100 out of which 20 supernumerary seats under Foreign Nat

MNLU B.A.LL.B. (H) Eligibility Criteria:
- Admission into the BA.LL.B. (H) at Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50%
- Admission into the B.A.LL.B. (H) at Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai, under the Foreign National Category, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 65%
MNLU B.A.LL.B. (H) Selection Criteria:
- Admission to B.A.LL.B. (H) at Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai is done based on the AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) score
- Foreign National Candidates are exempted from the entrance test
