What is the eligibility criteria for admission to BA LLB at MNLU Mumbai?

<p>Eligibility Criteria</p><p>10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% marks or its equivalent grade and 40% marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST categories.</p><p>Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March / April are also eligible to apply.</p><p>There is no upper age limit for LLB.</p><p>Candidates must qualify CLAT.</p><p>Selection Criteria.</p><p>Admission is strictly on the basis of merit of CLAT.</p><p>The reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra will be followed.</p><p>UG programme is full time and residential.</p><p>The total intake to the undergraduate B.A.LL.B programme is 100 out of which 20 supernumerary seats under Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and 2 seats for permanent residents of Jammu &amp; Kashmir in accordance with the UGC directives.</p>
