The eligibility criteria for admission to BTech courses at Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri is candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55%. Additionally, candidates must secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The selection process is based on candidates' valid scores in AEEE/ JEE Mains.

To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech programs at Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications: A pass in 10+2 or an equivalent examination by a known board of examinations with the following grades: Average marks of three sciences –Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as not below 60 and percentage of marks in each of the three sciences should be not below 55.
Age Limit: Applicants must be born after July 1, 2003, to their application to the test.
