    CMAT is an entrance exam accepted by 1000 + colleges in India. Here is the list of mandatory eligibility criteria for admission to college accepting CMAT score for the candidates:

    •Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any particular subject or field .

    •Candidate should be in the final year to be eligible to appear for the examination. 

    •Candidate must be a citizen of India. 

    •candidate must for at least 50% marks in the aggregate qualifying examination. 

    •There is no upper limit for the candidates to appear in the CMAT examination.

    • Applicants for the CMAT must be citizens of India.
    • The least 3-year bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in any field from an AICTE-approved school or university, is required of candidates.
    • Candidates who are in their final year of an undergraduate degree may also apply for the CMAT exam, provided that their results will be released before the start of the academic year. 
    • For CMAT 2024, there is no minimum score requirement. Candidates need to have graduated with passing grades.
    • Nonetheless, 50% of colleges that participate in the CMAT have a minimum score requirement (45% for reserved categories).

    Although there is no minimum graduation marks criterion for appearing in the CMAT exam, the criterion applies for admission through CMAT. As per the AICTE recommendation, the candidate must have completed graduation from a recognised university with a minimum score of 50 per cent in aggregate (45 per cent for Reserved category students) to be eligible for admission to a UGC recognised MBA/PGDM course. Apart from academic criteria, candidates have to also fulfil the CMAT cut off criteria. CMAT cut offs are different for different institutes.
