For admission to design courses at WUD as BDes and MDes, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria along with the conditions. The course-wise eligibility criteria is given below:

BDes	Eligibility: Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate Selection Criteria: NIFT/ NID/ D-Art/ UCEED in lieu of DAT + Personal Interview
MDes	Eligibility: Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate Selection Criteria: DAT (CEED/ NID/ NIFT candidates will be preferred) WUD Aptitude Test+ Personal Interview
