M Tech in Material Science and Technology: BE / BTech or equivalent degree in Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Production/ Industrial (or) MSc (Physics /Chemistry / Material Science / Nano Science and Technology) with minimum aggregate of 50%.
