<p>To seek admission to the MCA program offered at the University of Madras, Guindy Campus, one must have at minimum a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with Mathematics as a subject either at the 10+2 level or at the undergraduate level. In addition to qualification in TANCET, a valid score in TANCET is also necessary for gaining admission. A valid score in TANCET is mandatory for admission, apart from having a qualification in it, since qualification in TANCET itself acts as the admitting criterion. It also may have minimum percentage eligibility in the qualifying examination which commonly varies between 50-55 percent subject to the category involved.</p>
