The primary eligibility requirement for admissions into M.Tech course at IIIAEIT Pune is students should complete their BE/ BTech degree in similar streams with a min. aggregate of 50% and 45% for reserved categories. Students who have qualified GATE/ SPACE PGCET scores can enroll in the course.
