Hi Shubham, to pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree which is a must. Other than this, depending on the institute’s requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds. Some colleges prefer to utilize the GMAT scores while the others conduct entrance exams of their own. Most of the good institutes will take students with more than 5 years of Work Experience and rest of the procedure of selection would remain the same that is one has to appear for Entrance Examination which could be CAT or GMAT or other Entrance and clear the GD& PI in some institutes and PI in others. Few of the good Institutes giving EMBA programme are: IIMs, XLRI, GLIMS, and ISB etc.
