With a 28769 rank in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET and 97.5% in intermediate exams your chances of getting a free seat at Apollo University Chittoor are dependent on the course demand and seat availability. High intermediate marks can be advantage especially if the university takes them into account during the admissions process. However for highly competitive courses such as B.Tech or MBBS a lower rank may limit your opportunities. It is recommended that you seek counseling and look into other government or aided institutions where you may have a better chance of obtaining a free or merit-based seat.
