What is the eligibility criteria for Assam NEET counselling?

<p>To participate in the Assam NEET counselling process, candidates must fulfill the following eligiblity criteria:</p><ul><li>Candidates must have appeared and qualified for NEET 2024 exam</li><li>They must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2024</li><li>&nbsp;Candidates must be permanent natives of Assam</li><li>Candidates must have passed Class 12 Board exam in Science stream and in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have secured minimum of 50 per cent marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry &amp; Biology at Class 12 Science level for General Candidate (GE), 40 per cent for SC/ST candidates and 45 per cent for benchmark disability candidates (PC-GE). The required mark for Physically Challenged candidate of SC/ST category is 40 per cent.</li></ul><p>In case a candidate is not a native of Assam, he/she has to apply through NRI quota in order to be eligible to participate in the Assam NEET UG counselling 2024.</p>
