To get into B.Tech at AIMT:
1. Pass 12th with Physics, Math, and Chemistry/Biology/CS.
2. Score at least 45% (40% for SC/ST).
3. Clear UPSEE/JEE Main or qualify through management quota.

A student wishing to join the B.E. / B.Tech course at Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology, AIMT must have acquired a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate during their 10+2 course in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from any recognised board. The primary admissions will be on the basis of JEE Main or CUET-UG entrance exams scores. After the entrance exam, the candidates have to undergo the counseling process conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for seat allotment. The AIMT strives to have a competitive and merit-based admission process for aspiring students of engineering.
