The eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech admission at H.M.S Institute of Technology require candidates to have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) education or its equivalent from a recognised board, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in these subjects, with a relaxation of 40% for candidates from reserved categories like SC/ST. In addition to these academic qualifications, candidates must appear for an entrance exam, such as KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) or COMEDK UGET, depending on the specific admission process adopted by the institute.
