A candidate possessing 10+2 education or equivalent passed from a recognized board of any state/country with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as Core subjects having above 45% marks with 40% in case of SC/ST category candidates are eligible for B.E./B Tech programs of Mother Teresa Institute of Science and Technology (MTIST). The candidate should also qualify for the entrance exam; in the case at hand, it could well be EAMCET or any other state and national level engineering entrance exam. It makes sure that, at the very least, these students have foundational knowledge that is a prerequisite for the study of engineering.
