The eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech admission at P.E.S. College of Engineering require candidates to have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in these subjects (40% for candidates from reserved categories such as SC/ST) in the 10+2 examination. In addition, candidates must appear for the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) or COMEDK UGET exam, as these are the primary entrance exams accepted by the college. Eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech Programme in P.E.S. College of Engineering are as tabulated below:
Essential Qualification: Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination conducted by any reputed council/ board of examination wherein Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics must have been taken as Mains subjects with an aggregate of 45% for general category candidates and 40% in case the candidate belongs to a reserved category.
Entrance Exam: Should qualify one of the entrance tests conducted under Karnataka Common Entrance Test or Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK).
