<p>The eligibility criteria for B.&nbsp;E. or B.&nbsp;The requirements for lateral entry&nbsp;at PA College of Engineering (PACE) in Mangalore, &nbsp;Karnataka, &nbsp;are as&nbsp;follows: Candidates&nbsp;must have&nbsp;earned at least 40 percent of the total marks in optional subjects; candidates must have earned at least 45 percent of the aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics as required subjects in&nbsp;the 12th standard or equivalent&nbsp;exam; candidates&nbsp;must have&nbsp;earned at least 45 percent&nbsp;of the&nbsp;marks in&nbsp;Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics, or Computer&nbsp;Science; and candidates&nbsp;must have&nbsp;earned&nbsp;at least&nbsp;40 percent&nbsp;of the&nbsp;final year of&nbsp;a three-year Diploma in Engineering with&nbsp;at least 45 percent&nbsp;of the final&nbsp;year.&nbsp;PACE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education&nbsp; (AICTE).</p>
