To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Prasad Institute of Technology, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/ UPTAC counseling, and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

  • You must have to finish your 12th in order to be admitted to Prasad Institute of Technology's B.Tech program. Although JEE Main scores are also accepted, the UPSEE exam is the primary means of admission. Approximately 75% of seats are filled through UPSEE, 10% through JEE Main, and the remaining seats are filled through management quota.

When applying for admission, it's a good idea to have your category certificates, entrance exam results, and grade sheets from grades 10 and 12 on hand.

Semester results usually pop up a few weeks after exams wrap, based on the academic calendar from their affiliating university (usually Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University). You can check your scores on the official university or college website, or just hit up the academic office if you want the exact dates. Patience is key, but results do come!

The JEE Main exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted for admission to BTech in most colleges all over India, not only for the Prasad Institute of Technology. The JEE Main exam is conducted twice a year. The results for session 1 were released on February 12, 2025, and the results for session 2 were released on May 23, 2025. Totally! PIT's faculty squad is known to be pretty solid. Students say the teachers are not just smart but also super approachable and supportive — basically your go-to mentors. They bring real-world experience and high qualifications to the table, making classes both interesting and practical. The pharmacy department especially gets extra love for having some top-notch pros. All in all, the faculty here really helps students grow and crush it academically.
