The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programs at the Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions (RGC) are as follows:
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: This requirement an aptitude in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or a technical vocation subject.
For the general category of students, the minimum percent of the aggregate score must total 45%, and [for] the reserved categories, 40% relaxation is provided to the candidates.

10+2 in any discipline with 45% in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology For SC/ST/OBC candidates 40% marks is required for admission. COMEDK/KUET/KEAM/JEE Main cut off marks considered. Criteria:
- KCET: 50,000-80,000 rank
- COMEDK: 60,000-1,00,000 rank
- JEE Main: 60-120 percentile
- Direct Admission: 60% in 12th standard
- Lateral Entry: 50% in 3-year Diploma
