What is the eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at Universal College of Engineering?

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MAHARASHTRA STATE CANDIDATE AND OUTSIDE MAHARASHTRA STATE CANDIDATE FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR OF DEGREE COURSES IN ENGINEERING/TECHNOLOGY</p><p>Candidate should be an Indian National</p><p>Candidate should have passed the HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from of a recognised Council or Board like ICSE, CBSE, etc. from a recognised institution located in the State of Maharashtra.</p><p>Secured minimum 50% marks, i.e. 150 out of 300 in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics +Mathematics +Vocational Subjects (If out of 200, to be taken half i.e., out of 100)= 150/300 added together at HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent in one sitting. In case of candidates of Backward Class categories and persons with disabilities belonging only to Maharashtra State, the minimum requirement is 45% marks, i.e. 135 out of 300.</p><p>Candidate should have obtained a valid (i.e. non-zero) score in CET-Main (*depending on the guidelines on conduction of MHTCET by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, Mumbai).</p><p>Thanks</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Then, eligibility for getting a candidate into the B.E./ B.Tech course at Universal College of Engineering would include the following conditions:</p><p>Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have passed the 10+2 exam with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as the subjects in core. They should have also received at least 50 per cent marks together (45 per cent in the case of reserved categories).&nbsp;</p><p>Entrance Exams: For the majority of the courses above, admission shall be based on scores obtained by the students in respective state-level entrance examinations, such as JEE Main, MH CET. Some with direct admissions would consider the merit of students in academics.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The eligibility criteria for universal college of engineering for B.E/ B.Tech is that candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with aminimum&nbsp; score of 50% and above in Class 12 for general category and for reserved category, minimum score required is 45%. Eligible students will have to appear either for JEE Mains or for the MHT CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.</p>
