The criteria is 12th with PCM, and depends on the entrance exams of various states or universities. You may visit the sites of various university for more information.

You want good colleges for b.tech Program 10th and 12th in 60%.
Minimum 50% in class 12th from science stream.

It depends on the colleges or universities. some demand 50% ,60% , 70% in PCM while some for the above percentages in Physics Maths and Computer while some of them ask for your admission test score/rank.
