What is the eligibility criteria for B.Ed distance education and regular mode? Which course among the two is NCTE approved?

I have done my BCom in the year 2002 and my percentage is 46%.

Since you've done B.Com in 2002 with 46%, you're currently not eligible for a regular B.Ed course, as most universities ask for at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
