BTech admission at SRHU is provided to the candidates based on their Class 12 merit, provided they fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have scored a minimum of 55% in Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board, with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science & English as compulsory subjects
- The aggregate score in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science taken together must be at least 50%
