The eligibility criteria for seeking admission to the BTech programme is passing the Higher Secondary Certificate, Class 12, or equivalent examination with at least an aggregate of 45% marks in the Science stream. Eligibility Criteria for BTech and BTech Lateral entry are:

Candidates shall have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistries/ Biotechnologies/ Computers Science/ Biologies as third Science subjects from a recognised board. BTech (Lateral entry)
Candidates shall have a three-year Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from AICTE with a minimum of 45% aggregate BSc (non-medical) from a recognised university; )40% for the reserved category) The admission to BTech is entrance-based. However, candidates have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the NTA. After selection, the documents of only eligible candidates shall be considered through a counselling process to ascertain their final admission as per performance and available seats.
