What is the eligibility criteria for B.Tech at Siliguri Institute of Technology?

<p>The following are the requirements for Siliguri Institute of Technology's B.Tech programme:</p><ul><li>The intermediate (10+2) exam or its equivalent must have been passed by the candidates.</li><li>With mathematics and physics as mandatory disciplines, a <strong>minimum of 45%</strong> in each subject is needed.</li><li>Additionally, candidates need to have taken one of the following courses: biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or technical vocational courses.</li><li>The minimum score needed for applicants in reserved categories (such as SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PwD) in all of the aforementioned topics combined is 40%.</li><li>Candidates must have received at least 30% in the English portion of the "10+2" exam.</li><li>The relevant State or Federal governments must acknowledge the qualifications examination board.</li></ul>
