What is the eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Canada? I am currently doing B.Tech from Delhi (2nd year).

Hi,
If you are doing B.Tech then reapplying for a B.Tech course again will not be accepted easily, so first you decide what to study. If you want to quit your current course and reapply even this will be challenging. Anyways if you are highly academic and have very good percentage you can give it

I won't say it is easy but you can try in Europe, comparatively easier than Canada. Also, check colleges in Australia.
