He/she must hold a Diploma Certificate in Engineering and Technology with an average minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST and differently-abled candidates hailing from Maharashtra) in the respective or relevant branch from an institute/university approved by an All India Council for Technical Education or Central .
