The aspirants must have passed at least a qualified Class 12 or equivalent-level examination from a known board with at least 60% aggregate marks. Admission is provided based on IILET, followed by the merit list of Class 12. However, no age limit is fixed for pursuing the course of BA LLB (Hons). Admission is provided based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test and merit in the qualifying examination. Besides this, the institute also accepts CLAT and LSAT India entrance exams for sections.

The eligibility criteria for BA LLB at Indore Institute of Law is as follows:
Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories)
For admission to Indore Institute of Law’s UG courses (BA LLB, BBA LLB), the institute accepts national-level entrance exams, such as IILET/ CLAT/ LSAT.
Admissions 2023 are open to UG and PG courses. Candidates can apply through the official website.
