The eligibility criteria is different for every university. Some universities want the candidate to score more than 70% in their +2 and must be from science/commerce stream with maths and computer science as mandatory subjects. Whereas, some universities requires atleast 45% in +2 and candidate can be from any stream including arts/humanities and also without maths and computer Science as mandatory subjects. So, the criteria differs from university to university.

The basic eligibility is to have a minimum of 50% in +2. But some colleges have a condition that you need to have computer science/maths as mandatory subjects. So, you may verify the eligibility for the college you choose and then apply for it.
