A Master’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications and having minimum 50% to 60 % marks. Candidates who have done their MCA, MSc or M.Tech can also apply for these examinations. Some prior work experience in the related line of work anywhere from one to two years is highly desirable.
