What is the eligibility criteria for BPT programme offered by Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences?

<p>Renowned medical institutions such as Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences<br>create certain criteria for the students to do BPT or Bachelor of Psychotherapy. Sri<br>Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences or SVIMS is located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, <br>India. The institute was established in 1993. The students who wants to do the BPT or<br>Bachelor of Psychotherapy course in Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences must<br>have these criterias, such as Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, completed<br>from a recognised institution, in Science stream, with Biology, Chemistry and physics as main<br>subjects. The students also need a minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent CGPA<br>at the 10+2 level. The BPT or Bachelor of Psychotherapy is 54 months course.Sri<br>Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) only offers 50 students for the BPT<br>course. The total amount of tuition fee for BPT course in SVIMS is INR 1.64 Lakhs. Beside<br>tuition fees the students who want to do the BPT course must pay a hostel fee of INR<br>51,800.</p>
