What is the eligibility criteria for BSc course at NIMS Institute of Management and Commerce?

NIMS University is a reputed university in Jaipur. It has a huge campus which is surrounded by the Aravali hills. It was established in 2008 under NIMS University Act. It has also been accredited by NAAC and has ranked 137 by NIRF 2025 in Science category.

NIMS University admissions are conducted on the basis of both academic merit in the qualifying exam and entrance exam performance. The admission criteria for each course is different. Students are required to pass Class 12 with relevant subjects for UG courses. For admission to most of its undergraduate and postgraduate courses, NIMS University conducts in-house entrance test - NIMSEE. The university also accepts national-level exams like JEE Mains,  NEET, NEET SS, etc. 

NIMS University offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at NIMS Jaipur, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) from a recognised board. 

NIMS University offers BTech programme to students at the UG level. It is offered in full-time mode for 4 years and is approved by AICTE. Some of the specialisations offered in BTech course are Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology,  Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biotechnology, etc. 

NIMS University courses are offered to students at UG, PG and PhD levels in full-time mode. The university offers courses in streams like Engineering, Management, Science, Pharmacy, Computer Applications, etc. Some popular courses offered at NIMS Jaipur are BTech, BSc, BA, BBA, MBA, MTech, etc. It also offers doctorate and value-added courses in Photography and Media.
