    The eligibility criteria for BTech admission at IIIT Delhi in 2023 is as follows:

    • Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
    • Obtained a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate and 70% marks in Mathematics individually. 
    • Appeared in JEE Main 2023 and participated in the Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) for final seat allotment.
    • Relaxation in eligibility criteria is provided for reserved category candidates (SC/ST: 10% relaxation, CW/PwD/OBC: 5% relaxation in marks.

    • To be eligible for the BTech program, candidates must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 70% aggregate in five subjects -Physics, Math, Chemistry, and Physics - and 70% in Mathematics from a recognised board.
    • All BTech programs require admission based on the JEE Main score, which is followed by Joint Admission Counseling, also known as JAC Delhi Counseling.
    • Students from Delhi get admitted to the BTech CSD programme depending on their UCEED rank.
    • Admission to the BTech CSSS is based on performance in class 12 for Delhi students who do not major in science; entrance exam results are not required.

    It is crucial for each aspirant to meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. For BTech admission in IIIT Delhi, candidate should have passed Class 12 in five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with a least 70% aggregate. Candidate should have passed the qualifying exam from a recognised board. Further, it is also necessary that the student hold the pass certificate and other educational documents for verification purposes during form filling and admission process.
