It is crucial for each aspirant to meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. For BTech admission in IIIT Delhi, candidate should have passed Class 12 in five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with a least 70% aggregate. Candidate should have passed the qualifying exam from a recognised board. Further, it is also necessary that the student hold the pass certificate and other educational documents for verification purposes during form filling and admission process.

The eligibility criteria for BTech admission at IIIT Delhi in 2023 is as follows:
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
- Obtained a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate and 70% marks in Mathematics individually.
- Appeared in JEE Main 2023 and participated in the Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) for final seat allotment.
- Relaxation in eligibility criteria is provided for reserved category candidates (SC/ST: 10% relaxation, CW/PwD/OBC: 5% relaxation in marks.
