Hello Nitish, Here is the eligibility criteria for CAT 2017: The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category). CAT does not ask for any complicated thing. The eligibility is that one should be a graduate to get admission into MBA/Master Degree. So in the graduation, be it engineering or arts or commerce or a BBA, 50% marks are needed to appear in the test.
