    CSIR NET Exam is generally conducted for the aspirants who want to make a career in the lectureship and Research programme. To appear in the CSIR NET exam, you need to qualify the Master's degree programme with 50-55% marks in the Master's degree.
    The major subjects in which CSIR NET Exam is conducted are given below:
    CSIR NET Life Science
    Physical Science
    Chemical Science
    Mathematical Science
    Environmental Science.

    Eligibility criteria for CBSE NET is that candidate must have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masters Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/ institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. Therefore, aggregate marks of Master degree are considered to decide on eligibilty for CBSE NET.
