<p>The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Sc. in Statistics and Data Science course at School of Mathematical Sciences are:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from any recognised University / institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grade.</li> <li>Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as one of the subjects in the final year with minimum 50% aggregate marks or a minimum CGPA of 3 out of 4.</li> <li>Programming knowledge is a prerequisite for admissions to this programme.</li> <li>Applicants are expected to complete all the academic requirements of their Undergraduate programs on or before 31 July of the year of Admission.</li> </ul>
