What is the eligibility criteria for IAS and other government exams?

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.

Yes ashish not an issue. you are eligible for government and ias exams. if you have ugc approved univeristy degree like sikkim manipal university.
