What is the eligibility criteria for IIT-Gandhinagar for pursuing M.Tech?

I have completed by B.Tech EEE with an aggregate of 78% in Gitam University.

For M.Tech in any IIT, you have to secure good rank in GATE.

I have already know the information with GATE is compulsory but in one news feed, I have seen that without GATE there are some seats are left in IIT Gandhi Nagar that is why I have been asking you the information.

These candidates must have at least 55% of marks (5.5 CGPA) in BE/ B.Tech. I passed my B. Tech in Gitam University with an aggregate of CGPA (7.8). Am I eligible for IIT (Gandhi Nagar) and when admissions are open and without GATE rank? And I want admission for this year.
