What is the eligibility criteria for Integrated PHD program at abroad ?

I am going to complete my MCA from SMU in early 2012, later around mid or late 2012. I have few questions please help. 1. Eligibility for integrated PHD program. 2. Fellowship 3. Education loan 4. Do i have to take up some entrance exams.
