Hi Athul,
The eligibility criteria depends on what level of course are you applying for. If you are applying for Bachelors in interior design or design (BFA/B.Des), you need to have cleared your 10+2 from a recognised board of education in any stream and you need to be creative and imaginative.
To pursue a PG Diploma, the criteria differ for the different institutes. Some institutes would prefer a candidate from design background only, while others will consider your admission if you have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognised university. Des in Fashion, interior, product design, and more, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course.
