What is the eligibility criteria for interior designing? Which are the best institutes offering it?

I have not gave any entrance test in interior designing but i want to do a course in interior designing. Can I do it after completing B.Com. I am in B.Com final year. After completing B.Com can I get into interio designing profession.?
