International students must be enrolled in full time degree program to be eligible for on-campus accommodation in Singapore. Students must have valid passes issued by Immigration & Custom Authority (ICA) or Ministry of Manpower (MOM) during their stay and health insurance to cover any health service fee. However, the eligibility criteria may vary for some universities.
